La campagne est lumineuse, la chaleur du soleil nous fait du bien. Nous arpentons routes communales, sentiers, chemins\u2026<br \/><br \/>Oh ! Belle aubaine : nous tombons sur une table de pique-nique. L\u2019occasion de mettre \u00e0 profit un exercice pour descendre un obstacle. Christine nous fait la d\u00e9monstration, insiste sur le bon positionnement des mains et c\u2019est parti\u2026<br \/>Pas si compliqu\u00e9 que \u00e7a en a l\u2019air\u2026 L\u2019\u00e9preuve est r\u00e9ussie \ud83d\ude01<br \/><br \/>Nous poursuivons notre d\u00e9ambulation et revenons par le chemin qui longe le ruisseau de l\u2019Antonni\u00e8re. Cette fois-ci il n\u2019est pas inond\u00e9.\u00a0La boucle est boucl\u00e9e.<br \/><br \/>La s\u00e9ance se termine par les \u00e9tirements traditionnels tout en douceur sur une musique zen\u00a0:
